Tanishq, a leading Indian jewellery retail brand, recently unveiled two new boutiques in Doha on the same day, reflecting its ambitious regional expansion strategy. This move elevates the count of Tanishq stores in the GCC region to a total of 11.
The inauguration of the Tanishq boutique at Doha Festival City was graced by Sheikha Alanoud Al Thani. A second boutique at Lulu D Ring Road was officially opened by HE Vipul, the Ambassador of India to Qatar.
These store openings were attended by key figures, including Kuruvilla Markose, CEO of Titan Company Limited’s International Business Division, and Aditya Singh, Head of Jewellery Business, GCC, alongside various VIP guests and representatives from the malls.
The boutiques feature Arabesque-inspired interiors and provide a range of services for customer convenience, including multilingual in-store teams, video consultations, gold exchange, and after-sales repair services.
They will showcase Tanishq's gold and diamond jewellery collections, including Gift of Rifa, Alekhya, inspired by Rajasthani Pichwai art, Colour Me Joy, and the upcoming Diwali season special, Dharohar.
Kuruvilla Markose said, “Be it superior craftsmanship, exclusive designs or superlative service, Tanishq delivers on all fronts. The private rooms have been added to our offering to cater to cultural sensitivities but also the specific needs of our discerning customers in Qatar who covet discretion and like to make informed decisions in the comfort of their own space.”
