As the recipient of the scholarship, Amber will be provided with a complimentary registration to AGS's 2024 Conclave in Austin, Texas, taking place from April 15–17, along with a $500 gift card. Additionally, she will have access to mentoring from an industry leader, tailored to her career aspirations and interests, facilitated by AGS.

Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication from Bethany Lutheran College and has obtained the American Gem Society's Certified Sales Associate designation. She began her career in the jewellery industry at Exclusively Diamonds in 2020, where she has since excelled in her role.
