Pansuriya Impex opened its new office premises, shifting from south Mumbai, to the world’s largest diamond bourse, Bharat Diamond Bourse (BDB) built in the Bandra-Kurla Complex area in Mumbai. During the office opening ceremony, founder and chairman of Pansruiya Impex, Ravjibhai Pansuriya noted that the move to the BDB is in sync with the growth cited in the Indian gem and jewellery industry. He said, ”India has grown exponentially in the past two years at a time when the rest of the world was floundering for stability. This success can be attributed to India’s domestic demand and robust economic growth of the middle class in Asian countries. Adapting to the new environment, I believe, moving to the much more modernized and spacious BDB is a step in the right direction.''

The Pansuriya Impex premises at BDB, located in the H tower, of the eight tower complex, is designed with advanced facilities and the latest technology in addition to a high-tech security system.

Ravjibhai Pansuriya added, ''The Bandra-Kurla Complex is the new nerve center of commerce in the financial capital of India with not only the diamond industry, but also several major corporate houses, banks and financial institutions having offices here.'' As the company cites this move to adapt to the positively changing Indian gem and jewellery environment and as such corporatize its operations and operate with world-class infrastructure that BDB offers, it hopes this move will inspire many other gem and jewellery companies to follow suit.
