MAHESH Notandass & wife Deepa hosted a jewellery show as part of their new venture by designers Farah Khan Ali, and Renu Mehra at the Hotel Grand Hyatt, Kalina. To walk the ramp for Farah Khan’s men’s jewellery line present were Bollywood Biggies like Abhishek Bachchan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Zayed Khan, Karan Johar, Arjun Rampal, Kunal Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and none other than Farah’s husband DJ Aqeel.

Mahesh Notandass who organized this event is a designer par excellence and is one of the largest exporters of diamond jewellery to Hong Kong, Dubai, America and the UAE, and the first Indian jeweller to have received the prestigious De Beers Award for Excellence in the fashion capital of the world, Paris in 1995. Mahesh has recently set up a new business venture under his own flagship banner - Mahesh Notandass Fine Jewellery, in Mumbai.

The Farah Khan and Renu Mehra collections will be retailed exclusively at the Mahesh Notandass Fine Jewellery store, along with a host of collections from the signature store’s own design studio. One of India’s most prolific and dynamic jewellery designers Farah’s jewellery is crafted in 18K gold using the highest standards in manufacturing techniques available. The collection consists of cufflinks, pendants, bracelets, rings, and kurta buttons, all set in 18K gold and offset by diamonds in leather or enamel. This collection consists of ornate necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets and is immortal in itself as it is delightfully timeless and is inspired by the truly feminine woman who appreciates fine jewellery and understands the need to possess it.

Renu Mehra who has done a specialized course in gemology from The IIJS India, is well known to have a penchant and love for classic style and clean design. Renu loves to work with diamonds and large colored stones, often teaming them to make that perfect masterpiece
