Timex decides to consolidate its business ventures

The Timex Group has decided to restructure its business by consolidating its two business divisions - Timex and Callanen International. The Timex business arm includes brands -Timex, Timex Ironman, Expedition and Opex. The brands Nautica, Ecko and TX fall under the Callanen International umbrella.

The company is making efforts to ensure that the consolidation results in minimal restructuring of its staff strength. The changes in the corporate functions are aimed at optimising the company’s resources and leveraging the strengths of the brands.
