Dharmaj Group opens new office premises

Dharmaj Group announced the opening of new office premises, demonstrating its rapid growth over the last few years. They had an official  inauguration with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 22nd January 2023 at Sachin, SURSEZ, Surat. 

Prakash Rakholia, Founder & Partner, Pradeep Rakholia and Bharat Kotadia, partners of Dharmaj Group welcomed their Chief Guest State President of Gujarat BJP, honorable C.R. Patil Saheb, who inaugurated the new office premises and launched a new product “Vajramani” a Modern way of diamond polishing in the presence of other dignitaries Sandeep bhai Desai, MLA, Paresh bhai Patel, Surat Mahanagar Palika Standing Committee Chairman, Virendra Singh, Development Commissioner & Ashok Singh, Assistant Commissioner at SURSEZ, Sachin, Surat.

Prakash Rakholia said, “We are glad to introduce “Vajramani” a state-of-the-art and proficient rough diamond polishing equipment, especially meant for larger diamonds. It is an ideal blocking machine that can give 8/16 fine facets, symmetrical & asymmetrical cut facets on top, bottom & girdle. In fact, it can go beyond 90% blocking on the diamond. In Vajramani machine Sarine and Lexus files are easily accessible and cut diamonds as per defined by a planner machine. We are getting an excellent response for High Tension & Non-tension rough stones. We have exported Vajramani machine in Botswana & other African countries and of course in India.”

Vajramani is a machine that is fast in cutting, easy to operate and the per-carat cutting cost and operating cost are much less. Any single operator can operate multiple machines and its maintenance is easy as compared to normal polishing benches. The machine prolonged metal scaife does not require lapping or grinding at all. Vajramani processes fancy diamonds blocking facet by following Azimuth angle. It is the only diamond polishing machine that can conduct versatile processes like top, girdle, table or bottom in a single dop.

Vajramani is a Non Grain Seeking machine with a smart automated system that has a remarkable capacity to control stress over diamonds.
