8 Indian companies to attend VNU CEO summit

This year the VNU Expositions Jewelry Group’s exclusive by-invitation-only annual CEO Summit will be held from Feb 20-22 in Atlanta, US.

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council, a key sponsor, will be participating with eight member companies, namely Sunjewels Eleganza, CVM Exports, Diatrends Jewelery Pvt Ltd, Derewala Jewellery Industries, Silver Images, Dimpex Jewels Pvt Ltd, Laxmi Jewellery Export Pvt Ltd, and Mohit Diamonds Pvt Ltd.

The summit presents an opportunity for a close and productive dialogue between ‘super sellers’ –major US jewellery retailers and manufacturers looking to network with senior retailers from other countries. The summit will also be attended by successful retail, online and business management gurus. This year the topics of discussion will include identifying retail trends and patterns, customer servicing and developing online strategies. The summit is designed to encourage retailers solve current and future business challenges.

Each of the member participants will get an opportunity for a private 20-minute “boardroom” scheduled sessions with top US retailers of their choice. These meetings will help facilitate retail attendees to understand supplier capabilities, marketing initiatives and merchandise to forge new business relationships. They will also get an opportunity to display their products at the summit.

A total of 28 US retailers will attend the summit, including Bailey Banks & Biddle, Reeds Jewellers, eBay Inc, Hamilton Jewelers, Samuels Jewellers, Sears Canada, Zale North America/People’s.
