Tanishq ropes in Deepika Padukone as brand ambassador

Jewellery retail brand Tanishq has elected Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone as its new brand ambassador. The brand noted that her appeal as the ‘progressive confident face of the Indian woman who is definite in making choices,’ has driven this association with her, as per reports. Also, as a personality she exudes the brands core values of rooted progressive relationships, and while being modern and independent, is also rooted and values relationships which is a mark of true progressiveness,’, as per the brand, reports add.

The actress will feature in television campaigns and share presence at events for the brand, reports add.

Tanishq is the jewellery arm of the Titan Company.
