Tiffany Titan Jewellery Collection by Pharrell Williams Adds Pearls, Nods to the Sea

Originally launched earlier this year, the Tiffany Titan line, known for its edgy fusion of punk and tradition, featured 18-karat yellow gold and titanium pieces inspired by Poseidon’s trident. The collection, which includes necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, channels Williams' lifelong connection to water. "My inspiration comes from the sea—Poseidon, ruler of the waves, and Atlantis, the community where I grew up in Virginia Beach," Williams shared when the collection debuted.

The addition of pearls marks a significant evolution in the collection, blending Tiffany & Co.'s rich history with Williams’ modern aesthetic. Pearls have long been associated with the brand, most notably when Abraham Lincoln gifted freshwater pearls to his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln, for the 1862 presidential inaugural ball. Williams also draws from Japanese mythology, noting that pearls were believed to form from the tears of mystical sea creatures. “They were a natural choice to express my connection to the water,” he added.

The expanded Tiffany Titan line introduces five new designs featuring pearls: a bold statement necklace, a sleek bracelet, an eye-catching pendant, drop earrings, and a double-row ring. Infusing a playful, avant-garde spirit, the new pieces are designed to resonate with a new generation of fashion-forward consumers, ensuring pearls reclaim their status as a style essential.
