The ring features a captivating flower design with vibrant marquise-cut sapphire petals surrounding a central cabochon emerald, creating an eye-catching contrast. A royal sypher, Princess Margaret's personal monogram, is engraved on the inside of the band, enhancing its royal provenance. The luxurious green leather case also includes a handwritten name, "Dolly," adding a personal touch to the piece.
