AGS Names Amber Rank as Inaugural Recipient of Women in Leadership Scholarship

As the recipient of the scholarship, Amber will be provided with a complimentary registration to AGS's 2024 Conclave in Austin, Texas, taking place from April 15–17, along with a $500 gift card. Additionally, she will have access to mentoring from an industry leader, tailored to her career aspirations and interests, facilitated by AGS.

Katherine Bodoh, CEO of the American Gem Society, has praised Amber for her determination, stating, "Amber exemplifies the qualities we aim to cultivate through the Women in Leadership Scholarship. We are pleased to support her journey and look forward to her continued growth and success."

Expressing her gratitude, Amber stated, "This award reinforces my dedication to personal and professional development. It provides me with the opportunity to enhance my leadership abilities, establish meaningful connections, and benefit from mentorship, all of which contribute to the advancement of women in the jewellery industry."

Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication from Bethany Lutheran College and has obtained the American Gem Society's Certified Sales Associate designation. She began her career in the jewellery industry at Exclusively Diamonds in 2020, where she has since excelled in her role.
