Celebrities and dignitaries converge for SRK’s 50th anniversary celebrations

The event celebrating Shree Ram Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK) completing 50 years in the diamond industry, was expressive of the significance and repute of this landmark company in the diamond industry. The evening hosted on April 8th at the Surat exhibition centre in Sarsana, Surat, will be remembered as the most cherished celebrations in the memories of the Surat diamond industry.

The occasion not only marked the 50th anniversary of the company, but was especially an ode to the marvellous journey of its founder and Chairman Mr. Govind Dholakia. Over 1500 guests witnessed and shared the fine evening of art, legendary personalities and celebrities lending to the spirit of the evening.

There was a much cherished performance by musical maestros Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia , Pandit Shivkumar Sharma, Pandit Bhavani Shankar. The evening’s host actor Boman Irani invited Shreyans Dholakia to share his thoughts about his father Govind Dholakia. He then felicitated the honorary diplomats from 14 countries that ensured the presence to be a part of SRK success. Dignitaries such as Ms. Nirupa Bhatt, GIA India , Mr. Yagnik of Surat Chamber of Commerce, Mr.Sevanti bhai Shah of Venus Jewels, Mr. Sanjay Khothari ex-chairman GJEPC and Mr. Savji bhai Dholakia of Hari Krishna Group took stage and expressed their thoughts on Govind bhai with wishing him good luck.
