Dharmaj Technologies recently launched Vajramani a state-of-the-art and easy to operate diamond polishing machine. Vajramani is proficient in polishing all types of rough diamonds. It is an ideal blocking machine which can give 8/16 fine facets, symmetrical facets on top and bottom; in fact it can go beyond 90% blocking on the diamond. Vajramani is a machine that is fast in cutting, easy to operate and the per-carat cutting cost and operating cost is much less. Any single operator can operate multiple machines; its maintenance is as easy as in any normal polishing benches. The machine’s prolonged metal scaife does not require lapping or grinding periodically. Vajramani processes round and fancy diamonds by following azimuth angle. It is the only diamond polishing machine that can conduct versatile processes like top, girdle, table or bottom in a single dop.

In Vajramani one can place any rough stone of 0.5ct or above caratage, without bruting it for processing.
