Tara Jewels in talks to acquire 49% stake in Australian jewellery retailer Bevilles Jeweller

Tara Jewels is in talks to purchase 49 per cent stake of a top Australian retailers Bevilles Jeweller.

Bevilles Jewellers is an 80 year old retailer with an annual turnover of 34 million AUD (Rs. 170 crore).

The proposed strategic investment would give Tara Jewels access to highly profitable New Zealand and Australian markets. Post the investment, Tara would be in a position to expand its brand in a new geography.
